Refund Policy

Refund Policy:
-Cancellations 7 or more days in advance will result in a full refund minus a small processing fee

-Cancellations 6 or fewer days in advance will result in a 50% refund minus a small processing fee

-Same-day cancellations or no-shows result in no refunds or credits, except in case of medical or family emergencies

Medical & Emergency Exceptions:

-If your child is unable to attend due to a medical emergency or family emergency, please provide documentation, and we will issue either a full refund or full credit toward a future camp.

Weather & Camp Cancellations:

-If we must cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule options.

-If a session is partially completed before cancellation, we will provide a prorated refund or credit.
